We are selling our 2003 Eurovan Weekender after 6 great years.It runs great, and keeps up with all the new cars on the highway, thanks to the V6 engine. It drives like a car! This was a welcome surprise after driving older VW vans in the past. We've always kept it well-maintained, and garaged it in the winters. It's never seen salt roads. We never planned to sell it and have babied it so it would last us forever. But now with a bigger family, we are don't fit in it as well as we'd like, and it's time to move on. 169,165 milesAutomatic TrannyV6 engine - Gets 17-23 MPGDouble bed above - Queen bed below7 seats (six pictured, we have the other one out of the van currently. It fits behind the passenger seat, rear facing)Table that stows with the push of a buttonCooler under seat behind driver's seat, powered by auxiliary battery The van was from Boston but spent it's life in Hawaii, we learned when we bought it. That explains the lack of rust. Later in it's life, it hit a curb on the Right front corner and sustained damage there. This was repaired before we bought it. We never had any problem from the incident or repair. Because of this incident, the title is branded "Rebuilt Salvage/NY". There is some mouse damage to the rear of the pop-top canvas, as pictured. You will also see some discoloration from sun damage. When we bought the camper it had most of this damage. The sun damage is from not tucking in the canvas in the back when you put the top down, so it's easy to avoid with diligence. We had planned to patch the holes ourselves, but never got around to it. We would push a pillow up against the holes to avoid bugs coming in, or sometimes use duck tape to cover the holes. We would always put tape on lightly, so as to avoid the sticky tape residue remaining on the canvas when we removed the tape (and it doesn't have any residue on there).It's possible we could patch the holes before selling, or if the buyer has experience, they could do it themselves. 2001 Volkswagen Eurovan Camper Van This van has 20K miles on it since a major overhaul. The van now has 168K miles on it. This Eurovan started life as a regular van. The Winnebago camper part was added at Automotive International Corp. in Dallas, TX (they have done stretch limo's). The complete interior was removed at this time and the walls were insulated. A beautiful hardwood floor was added, stained in a teak and holly style. The floor has mounting points for a third row seat. Feel free to ask questions. Van is available for viewing in Dallas, TX.
